Intelligence analysis & intelligent policing

About me

I have an academic background in criminal investigation and an interest in intelligence analysis and intelligent policing applications. I have previously worked on cyberbullying detection research. Through the intelligence–command–operations project, I am connecting intelligence analysis with decision making, operational feedback and police training.

Research interests

  • Intelligence analysis: how assessment supports specific police tasks and decision-making requirements.
  • Intelligence–command–operations integration: coordination and feedback between intelligence, command and action.
  • Intelligent policing applications: research and application of artificial intelligence in police work.
  • Cyberbullying detection: text analysis and detection, building on previous research experience.

Current project contribution

I contribute to the materials and website content for the intelligence–command–operations research project:

  1. Collecting related papers by He Fugang and organising bibliographic records, summaries and sources.
  2. Reviewing project reports for research background, methods, outputs and applications.
  3. Developing the project Markdown page and links to research materials.
  4. Organising new references and reading notes and updating pages in response to feedback.

Learning direction

Building on criminal investigation studies and cyberbullying detection research, I am learning about intelligence requirements, command decision models and intelligent policing applications through concrete project tasks.
